Job Description
- Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers through inbound and outbound calls
- Manage and update customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve revenue targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction
- Analyze and report on sales performance and CRM effectiveness to senior management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CRM and inside sales
- Work closely with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress efficiently.
