- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
- Conduct interviews and assessment tests to evaluate candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
- Negotiate salaries and offer letters with selected candidates

- Maintain recruitment database and update candidate information
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices in recruitment
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
