- Make recommendations for corrective actions to ensure products meet quality standards
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to implement quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct audits of production processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Train production staff on quality control protocols and procedures
- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding quality issues and resolutions.
