Job Description
- Monitor and maintain the overall presentation and cleanliness of the sales floor
- Utilize product knowledge to suggest suitable outfit combinations and accessories
- Assist in the replenishment of merchandise on the floor to ensure availability for customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and labeling items
- Stay knowledgeable about current fashion trends and designers
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and targets
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions
- Support the visual merchandising team in creating attractive displays to encourage sales.
