Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Vendor Management:
- Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in procurement, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- Knowledge of legal and contractual aspects of procurement.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
