Job Description
- Develop engaging creative and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, to promote the brand across all the social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and You-tube.
- Monitor latest social media trends to implement them on the company s social media pages
- Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement.
- Experience in running Digital activity - Google Pay Per Click Campaigns, Facebook Campaigns etc. and measuring impact using relevant tools (eg. Google Analytics)
- Passionate Knowledge about managing online marketing platforms - LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter.
- Strong hold on Graphic designing using basic tools like Canva.
- Strong with English communication and networking skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms, making recommendations to adapt and refine our social media strategies.
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting while aligning with marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor/Master Degree- Any specialized course in Digital Marketing is preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role for at least 6 month
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Passion for staying up to date with the latest social media trends and technologies.
