Job Description
Job Role- Client Relationship Manager Job Responsibilities-What you will do ï‚· Exploring and developing new business opportunities in the market ï‚· Effective performing market Research in regards to the industry. ï‚· Tracking all events, seminars, and conferences in which HR professionals participate & Mining your Existing Clients. ï‚· Regular interaction and relationship building with the Hiring Managers and HR Team of clients. ï‚· Develop and manage marketing programs targeting prospective clients including events, public relations, and direct marketing. ï‚· Search & filtration of prospective clients, presentation & discussion of proposal, negotiation & closure of deals. ï‚· Understanding of Social Media Networking. ï‚· Able to represent the organization on platforms like NHRD, ERA, and Forms. ï‚· Maintaining Work Flow on ERP. Requirements-What you will need ï‚· Any female MBA (HR or Marketing) /Graduate fresher to 1 year of experience with excellent written & verbal Communication. ï‚· Good judgment and interpersonal skills ï‚· Highly engaged & efficient. ï‚· Ability to handle multiple requirements independently. ï‚· Self-starter, innovative, goal-driven, and Aggressive. ï‚· High level of enthusiasm and a cheerful personality What do you get: Perquisites of joining Team Spectral: ï‚· 1.
