Job Description

Telecalling Executive or Call Centre Executive Responsibilities * Have to followup the clients * Coordinating with the Support team * End to End handling outbound calls * Direct calls to schools to get feedback from the school management * Handling queries from the schools to support the field sales staff * Handling invoices if any rare cases * Can able to work for at least 2 to 3 years for ensuring the productivity of the company * Fluent in English Communication and Tamil * Hindi speaking will be an added advantage.
